Just wanted to pass on a few words of thanks to Jimmy and the band for a wonderful show at St. Gabriel's Hall in Marystown last night. For me it was truly a magical experience. To hear one of the the most distinctive Irish voices live in concert was a thrill. Jimmy you did not disappoint! Thank-you!
Great to have you back Jimmy!!!! Loved your comeback show at McVeigh's, you haven't skipped a beat fella! Looking forward to seeing you again!
Hello Jimmy, Well we got to see your T.O. Show and it was the most amazing musical walk in the woods for me and my friends. I cried, I sang and I closed my eyes and felt like I was sitting in there 25 years ago. Your voice is powerful and amazing Jimmy it gave me goosebumps. I'm sorry that I didn't get a chance to say hello but you had a lot of fans chatting with you and didn't want to distrub. Thank you, thank you for the opportunity to re-live this music I love so well and please send emails if you plan to perform again. Belleville is a nice place and we have a wonderful theatre here and I know and Irish women with an amazing restaurant and wine bar here just in case you want a place to play. Brillian time!
Hi Jimmy, I was so excited to see your web site. I spent many a night at McVie's in T.O. listening to your music. I spent a good part of the 1980's there with many friends enjoying your music and that of Shebeen. Your music brought a lot of joy to my life and had a very profound effect on me. Thank you Jimmy and I wish you so well. I'm sorry that I only found out today that you would be at McVie's or I definately would have been there. I signed up for the news letter so I hope I will have the opportunity to see you again.
I love the Jimmy Carton Band ,my father Paul Cullen played with Jimmy for a while on Bass and I loved to hear Jimmy's voice they played in my family's pub back years ago called the CAUSEWAY those were good years .I would love to see them play again .
We, the 48th Highlanders of Canada used to frequent that beautiful Irish Pub, The New Windsor House back in late 70's and early 80's. I was part of that group along the wall belting every song and ballad. Learning all the words during the week to sing on the week-ends. Your pure tenor smoothness is what brought me back there. Hope all is well. and as they say....Thanks for the memories,
Linda

Hi Jimmy what great music I just love Irish music. Hubbies great grandfather was a Carton from Wicklow. His name was Ralph mother mary. Strange how we are miles apart and yet this name comes about by family coming to New Zealand .Daughter Catherine married a Carroll also from Wicklow. keep up the good work. Cheers from New Zealand.
